FITSPACE is excited to announce its first ever eight-week group health coaching classes. These classes are geared towards individuals looking to become the healthiest version of themselves. The group will learn how to set realistic goals, build healthy, lasting habits, and learn how to overcome roadblocks that one may encounter along the way. In addition to learning how to build healthy habits, each week participants will learn more about:

1. Physical Fitness- what does it mean to be physically fit and how to incorporate physical fitness into one’s lifestyle.
2. Nutrition- Learn how macro nutrients play a significant role in our daily nutrition and how to have a healthy balance within each nutrient. Participants will also learn about “Diet Culture” and how it plays into our eating habits.
3. Stress- how stress affects our bodies and what we can do in our own capabilities to lower stressors in our lives.
4. Sleep- learn what healthy sleep can look like for an individual and how to accomplish good sleep hygiene.
