Fitspace Ultimate is a 12 week group training program designed with an individualized and proven approach to get results. Developed by Fitspace’s accredited team exclusively for your needs, the program teaches the application of nutrition and strength training for living life at your best. The program restarts every quarter and is only offered at our St. Louis Park location.
