Cardio Kicker is a dynamic and explosive class using mostly body weight and core-based exercises and a minimal amount of equipment to create an intense cardio workout. This class will improve your endurance and cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles and shred your abs if you practice consistently with power and precision. You will leave this class sweating, pumped and ready to take on the world!
