FITSPACE is excited to announce its first ever eight-week group health coaching classes.

Over the past two weeks FITSPACE has been asking our clients what the healthiest version of themselves would like and how they envision themselves achieving this goal.  Most individuals know what the healthiest version could look like for themselves but how they get there might be a whole other story.  In a world where we are used to seeing and hearing about "quick fixes" to obtaining one’s health goals, the reality is, there really is no quick fix.  To truly create lasting habits that will help one become the heathiest version of themselves, they need a solid plan, time, and most importantly, patience. 


That is why FITSPACE is excited to announce its first ever eight-week group health coaching classes.  These classes are geared towards individuals looking to become the healthiest version of themselves. The group will learn how to set realistic goals, build healthy, lasting habits, and learn how to overcome roadblocks that one may encounter along the way.  In addition to learning how to build healthy habits, each week participants will learn more about:


1.        Physical Fitness- what does it mean to be physically fit and how to incorporate physical fitness into one’s lifestyle.
2.        Nutrition- Learn how macro nutrients play a significant role in our daily nutrition and how to have a healthy balance within each nutrient. Participants will also learn about “Diet Culture” and how it plays into our eating habits.
3.        Stress- how stress affects our bodies and what we can do in our own capabilities to lower stressors in our lives.
4.        Sleep- learn what healthy sleep can look like for an individual and how to accomplish good sleep hygiene.


These classes are NOT A QUICK FIX.  No one will come out of the eight weeks with having lost all the weight they wanted to lose, working out all the time, sleeping 100% perfectly, and having zero stress in their life.  These classes WILL, however, give people the right tools for their own toolbox to start developing healthier habits which will lead to a healthier lifestyle.


Though we will be working as a group and learning from others, the classes will be intimate, and you-centered focused.  Health Coach, Lisa Fisher, knows that you know yourself best and will make the right decisions for you that align with your personal goals and values.


PLEASE NOTE: Even though all four topics listed above do work hand-in-hand with having a healthy lifestyle, Lisa DOES NOT EXPECT you to work on all the topics in eight weeks. Participants will choose what they want to work on for themselves.  Lisa will encourage participants to pick JUST ONE area of focus for the eight weeks to practice good habit forming.

Pay in full: $385
Pay weekly: $50
*Please Note: If you pay the full amount, there will be no refunds.  If you choose to pay weekly and miss a class, you will still be billed and will have to pay for the missed class.


What’s included in the price: 
1.        Weekly classes: Classes will be part educational, and part group work.
2.        3-ring binder that will include: Information on topics that are listed above, additional resources on topics discussed, a journal, and the paperwork that follows each of the classes area of focus.
3.        Free admission to FITSPACE’s Health Workshops (more information on this later).
4.        An optional monthly one-on-one meeting with Lisa either by phone, Zoom or in-person.
5.        Zoom recording of the educational piece of the class.


Classes: Participants have two options for classes to sign up for.  Participants must commit to the night they pick; they cannot jump from one night one week, then to another night the next week. 


Mondays: Starting Monday, October 20th -Monday, December 15th (No Class on Monday, November 24th).
Tuesdays: Starting Tuesday, October 21st- Tuesday, December 16th (No class on Tuesday, November 25th).


Class time: 6:30-7:30 pm


Registration: Registration opens on Wednesday, September 10th and will close on Monday, October 13th.
