Ingredients
1/2 gallon or more Raw apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup Horseradish root, grated
1/2 cup White onion, chopped
1/4 cup Ginger root, chopped
1/4 cup Turmeric, chopped
1 JalapeƱo Pepper, chopped
1 tbsp Cayenne pepper
1 tbsp Turmeric powder
2 Lemons, chopped
Instructions
Prepare all the ingredients by grating, chopping and dicing as needed
Place all ingredients in a large mason jar with the lightest ingredients on the bottom and the heaviest on top. This will keep the lighter ingredients from floating.
Pour apple cider vinegar over the roots/vegetables making sure that they are all covered. Put a cheese cloth on top, make sure all of the veggies stay under the cheese cloth
Close the lid and Place the jar in a dark cupboard for 4 weeks to ferment
Strain with a cheese cloth and store liquid in a mason jar in the fridge. Discard the root/veggies in compost!
